Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our Tobago team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- File and maintain organized and up-to-date records of property listings, client information and database.
- Assist with preparing contracts, reports, and other real estate documents.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Liaise with real estate agents, clients, and service providers. Utilize whatsapp groups to co-broke
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments and invoices and logging income and expenditure.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Any other related duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the real estate sector is an asset but not required.
