Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our Tobago team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • File and maintain organized and up-to-date records of property listings, client information and database.
  • Assist with preparing contracts, reports, and other real estate documents.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Liaise with real estate agents, clients, and service providers. Utilize whatsapp groups to co-broke
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments and invoices and logging income and expenditure.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Any other related duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an asset but not required.

  • Tuesday – Friday (8am to 4pm or 9am – 5pm) &
