He holds a Diploma in Tourism Marketing and Management from the Trinidad and Tobago Hotel School, a Diploma in Education, and an Associate Degree in Elementary Education from the Caribbean Union College. Over the past thirty years, Lincoln has honed a diverse skill set, including essential soft skills for effective marketing and management. His 15 years of experience with the Ministry of Education in Trinidad and the Division of Education in Tobago have further enriched his professional journey. He has also completed numerous courses with the American Hotel and Motel Association, emphasizing his commitment to lifelong learning.
In recent years, Lincoln has expanded his focus to include tours, travel, property management, and real estate. As a real estate agent with Cocoa Pod Realty and Property Management Team, he uses his extensive background in marketing and management to assist sellers in reaching potential buyers and promoting valuable investment opportunities. Lincoln is also passionate about supporting individuals with exceptionalities, dedicating the past decade to volunteering with the Down Syndrome Family Network in Tobago.
